This notice describes how the XENOYAO website handles project inquiries. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
Information you submit
The request form collects your name, company, email, country or region, project requirements and any optional equipment details, timeline, product list or file you provide. These details are used to receive, assess and respond to the request, not to subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in the website database and available to authorized administrators. Uploaded BOM files are stored outside the public website directory and are not published as media-library downloads. Please do not upload credentials, sensitive personal information or documents you are not entitled to share.
Infrastructure
The website uses ChemiCloud hosting and Cloudflare DNS, proxy and security services. These services process technical request information, such as network addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Processing locations may differ from your location.
Cookies and browser storage
WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator authentication. The inquiry list uses browser local storage so that your selections remain available on the same device. You can clear the list on the inquiry page or remove it using your browser settings. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are included in the initial website.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information should be retained only as needed for the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may use the project request form to ask for access, correction or deletion, identifying the email used for the original request. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information.
